Excellent amenities, excellent breakfast buffet, and an onsite laundry room made our family stay so much more convenient while being just a short drive from the nearest airport.

The breakfast buffet was absolutely a feast, and I couldn’t get enough of the fresh seafood at Kaiten Sushi Nemuro Hanamaru nearby. The public baths were a perfect wind-down after a day exploring the town, and don’t even get me started on the spacious rooms! Just a stone’s throw from the station, every food craving was satisfied with options like King Sweets just steps away.
While everything else shined, the humidity in the room did dampen the experience a bit, making laundry drying a chore. The PJs provided had a peculiar scent. maybe a fresh pair would enhance the cozy vibe of this place.

And why wasn't I given a complimentary upgrade? with such a mediocre experience, a small gesture would’ve been nice. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t overlook these glaring flaws.

The location is fantastic, just steps from the station.
I was extremely disappointed with the service during my stay. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unable to assist with even basic inquiries. My laundry experience was a nightmare as the washing machines were broken, forcing me to spend countless hours sorting it out. The overall cleanliness of the room left much to be desired.

The location of La'Gent Stay Hakodate Ekimae is unmatched, just a short stroll from the JR Hakodate station and the morning market. The room was comfortable, and I particularly enjoyed the onsen and its relaxing ambiance.
